1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MDCash, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Affiliate Account

To become an affiliate, you must register for an account using accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity that happens through your account.

3. Permitted Promotional Methods

• You may only use promotional materials that are provided or approved by MDCash.
• Email, social, content, and search channels may be permitted depending on the specific offer terms.
• You must disclose affiliate relationships where applicable law or platform policy requires it.

4. Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not engage in any of the following activities:

• Fraudulent clicks, leads, installs, or conversions generated by bots, proxies, or automated systems.
• Incentivized promotion unless the campaign explicitly allows incentive traffic.
• Spam, misleading claims, or brand misuse.
• Bidding on restricted brand terms when campaign rules prohibit it.

Violations may result in account restriction, termination, and forfeiture of pending commissions.

5. Payouts and Commissions

Commissions are calculated based on valid conversions tracked by our system. The minimum payout threshold is ₹500. Payments are processed weekly, and we may delay or withhold payments while investigating suspected fraud or invalid traffic.

6. Modifications

MDCash may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
